Where We Ship
We ship to all 50 states and Canada. For customers shipping to Canada, please visit our Canada Shipping FAQ.
Timetable and Carrier Services
Most orders placed before 12:00 am EST will typically ship within 2 business days. For example:
- Orders that are placed on Monday through Thursday will ship within 2 business days.
- Orders that are placed on Friday through Sunday will ship on Monday or Tuesday.
- During high volume times such as holidays, shipping may take longer than the standard 2 business days.
When your order ships, we will notify you by email and will provide you with carrier tracking numbers which you can use to track your delivery. Orders containing items from our partners are shipped from multiple locations. When this occurs, shipping schedules could vary and packages may arrive at different times.
We currently offer the following delivery services:
- UPS Ground
- UPS 2nd Day Air
- UPS Next Day Air Saver
- USPS Ground Advantage
Please note: UPS does not deliver to PO boxes. Please select USPS if you wish to ship your package to a PO box. For expedited shipping options, we do not ship same day. For all shipping options, transit time begins the day the carrier picks up the package.
For large orders that exceed 25 cases, we may ship via LTL Freight. You will be contacted by our Customer Service team to make arrangements for a freight delivery.
