Live Maine lobsters bring classic New England flavor to whole-lobster dinners. Choose a pack by both individual lobster weight and the number of lobsters per order.
Pack Options
- 3 lobsters weighing 3–4 lb each
- 5 lobsters weighing 2–3 lb each
- 2 lobsters weighing 4–6 lb each

Preparation & Serving
Steam, boil, grill or broil as appropriate for the selected size. Cook thoroughly until the meat is firm, pearly and opaque. Cooking times vary with weight and method; shell color alone is not a reliable guide.
Storage & Handling
Refrigerate promptly in breathable packaging at 34–40°F. Do not place in fresh water or seal in an airtight container. Cook as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of arrival.
