This is Earl Grey black tea ground into a fine powder, so you whisk it into your cup instead of steeping it. It whisks up a soft brown color with notes of bright bergamot citrus, and it makes the creamiest London Fog you'll have at home. Top it with steamed milk and add a little vanilla and lavender. It's also great sprinkled into yogurt or used in baking.

How to Make It
- Whisk 1.5 teaspoons (3 g) with about 1/3 cup of water (175 to 195°F, or cold) until frothy and smooth.
- Top with steamed or iced milk, or more water, to make a 12 oz drink.
