Queen of soul food. Makes anytime real special. My Grandma planted peach trees in our backyard in South Carolina before I was born. Every summer, we ate beautiful, ripe fruit under those trees, and Mama made Peach Cobblers and pies. The rest, we preserved in jars in our smokehouse through the cold, winter months. Peach cobbler is a must, year-round! It's delicious hot or cold, but especially with a scoop of your favorite ice cream. It makes supper, or anytime, real special.
