Relajo Seasoning

A popular seasoning in Salvadorian cuisine. Relajo Seasoning is used to make a sauce that would be served with traditional Tamales, on a torta or used as a rub on poultry. To make sauce, simmer tomatoes, onions and garlic with seasoning and thin with bouillon or broth. Enjoy!
