We grow soft, red wheat on our farm in Middle Georgia. We then have it milled into flour the old-fashion way. A 4th generation Miller opens the gate in his pond. The water rushes turning the turbine that moves the 4 foot stones to crush the wheat berries into fresh flour! This kind of "processing" gives our food a depth of flavor you'll come back for more!
