Whiskey Truffles

This one is the best - even people who say they don't like whiskey in a glass love it in our chocolate! Now made year-round due to demand, this truffle is simply pure local whiskey and chocolate, with a little smoked cherrywood salt on top for good measure - a very happy addition to any happy hour!

Ingredients:  64% Fair-trade chocolate (cacao beans, sugar, cocoa butter, sunflower lecithin, pure vanilla), bourbon whiskey, smoked cherrywood salt.
