Boneless Garlic Herb Prime Rib Roast

They don't call it the king of beef for no reason. 

Something we only do 1 time a year, and we only make about 100 of them, and boy do they sell fast. 

We cut the grass-fed prime grade beef by hand and pre-cook it to perfection so all you need to do for your Christmas dinner is sit down and enjoy. 

It's impossibly tender, full of delicous beef flavor, and crusted with our garlic herb rub.  In short: it's perfection.  

Serving Suggestion:  1 roast will serve 8-10 people
