Ying's Yunnan

Ying's Yunnan is a golden black tea from Pu'er Prefecture in Yunnan Province, China, widely credited as the birthplace of tea. It's the black tea that tends to convert coffee drinkers: soft and naturally sweet with real cocoa and caramel character and a sweet potato note that makes complete sense in the cup. Named in memory of Ying, a connoisseur of backyard grasses and the occasional bite of cantaloupe. Every pouch feeds a shelter cat for a week.
