Measurements: Servings=2, rice = 1 cup, water = 1 cup. Servings=4, rice = 2 cup, water = 2 cup. Servings=6, rice = 3 cup, water = 3 cup. 1/2 cup uncooked rice =1 serving (about 1 cup cooked rice). Directions: Saucepan: 1. Bring water to a boil. 2. Stir in rice; cover. Remove from heat. 3. Let stand 5 minutes or until water is absorbed. Fluff with fork. Microwave: 1. Place water and rice in microwave-safe bowl. 2. Cover. Microwave on high. Microwave cook times. Servings: 2, 4, 6. Minutes: 6, 8, 10. 3. Let stand 5 minutes or until water is absorbed. Fluff with fork. Microwave ovens vary. Cooking times are approximate. If desired, add tub margarine and salt to taste.
