DirectionsWarm fresh muffin in a minute. Add ¼ cup water or milk or use provided fill line. Microwave 60 seconds. 1. Remove sealed lid. 2. For best results, add 1/4 cup cold water, or use provided fill line. (Use milk for 2 g extra protein.). 3. Stir until combined. 4. Microwave on high for 60 seconds.
